For Teachers

This section is developed for you as a teacher, and gives you the opportunity to become better acquainted with golf as an activity in school.
Here you will find resources that can support you in your own learning and give you greater confidence when leading activities with your students.
At the same time, we believe that students do not need in-depth technical knowledge to enjoy physical education activities. The goal is primarily to create joy of movement, participation and good experiences.
This is therefore a next step – a space for further learning, reflection and professional development for you as a teacher.
We invite you to explore the material and further develop your own expertise.

Manual and instructional videos for teachers
The manual gives you an introduction to the technical fundamentals of golf, and helps you understand how different strokes and movements are performed.
To make the content even more accessible, videos are included that show the technique in practice. Together, the manual and videos provide a simple and clear explanation that makes it easier to understand and apply the knowledge.
This material is primarily intended for you as a teacher, who wants to develop your own understanding and feel more confident in your role as a supervisor.
If you wish, the videos can also be used with students to provide a simple introduction to the technical aspects of golf. At the same time, it is important to emphasize that students do not need advanced technical knowledge to enjoy the activity.

Golf in practice
Equipment and materials
Everything you need to implement Golf Uno in school
This section gives you an overview of the equipment and materials included in the Golf Uno program, which are delivered to schools.
In the attached document you will find a detailed presentation of the equipment and how it can be used in practice. Everything is designed to be easy, safe and flexible to use – both indoors and outdoors, and adapted to different levels.
The equipment is made with a focus on sustainability and long-term use, providing a lasting solution for the school.
The program has an inclusive starting point, where all students can participate regardless of their abilities – including students with disabilities or low motivation for physical education.
In combination with the Impactito activities and the teachers' own facilitation, this can help create a more inclusive, active and positive learning environment.
At the same time, you can use the resources around you, such as goals, benches and other equipment, to make the activities even more varied and creative.
We hope you will enjoy this together with the students, and that it creates good experiences, mastery and joy of movement for everyone.

Exercise bank for teachers
This section provides practical activities and lessons that can be used directly in the classroom.
Here you will find simple and flexible suggestions that make it easy to create engaging, inclusive and varied learning experiences for pupils. The activities have been designed to be adaptable to different levels, groups and school environments.
Over time, this page will be expanded with more resources and ideas. We would also like to invite teachers to contribute: if you have an activity you have used in your teaching, please share it with us, including a brief description, which LK20 learning outcomes the activity targets, and one or two photos. In this way, we can work together to build a shared bank of exercises featuring good practices.
All contributions are valuable – there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ activities, only different ways of fostering learning, participation and the joy of movement.

Impactito Cup
This program shows an example of how you can organize a simple tournament format in school.
The activity is based on teamwork and collaboration, and allows students to learn through hands-on participation. It can be adapted to available space and equipment, and can be conducted both indoors and outdoors.
In the document you will find an overview of the course layout, rules and organization, so that you can easily use the activity in your own teaching.
